As a certified birth doula through DONA International, I am passionate about walking with women and families during a vulnerable, yet empowering, life season. I am honored to assist women in preparing for the fearless, evidence-based birth they desire, whether in a hospital, birth center or at home. I am also a licensed massage therapist, a Hypnobabies Hypno-Doula and a member of the Pikes Peak Regional Doula Association. I find joy in gardening, writing, animals and spending time with my husband and five children.

I’m a blessed wife to my high school sweetheart, homeschooling mom of four from teen to toddler. I am also a doula, student midwife currently in the study phase, and a follower of Christ. I love learning new things, read-alouds with tea or coffee, art supplies, knitting, nature walks, and trying to garden. I believe birth is a sacred and momentous event. Eventide Birth Services…Supporting families for great beginnings!
Rachel Haun | Doula | $400
I am a doula, part-time preschool teacher, and a yoga instructor, but my true passion lies in helping women and children. I believe the wellbeing of the mother and child are connected, and I love supporting women and children from pregnancy, through the postpartum period, and into early childhood. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside, traveling to new places near and far, making music, and cooking with my loved ones. I also love to learn by reading and attending workshops and classes.
Jeanie Jungbauer | CD | DONA | $550
I feel so very blessed. My family means so much to me, and I am so grateful to be a mother of two sons, almost 17 and 20. Life goes so fast! I am continually learning so much from being a wife, parent, and a birth worker. I also teach yoga, and that passion led me to teach Prenatal Yoga, then to doula training in 2015. I am so excited to be a part of each mama’s birthing journey who crosses paths with me. I cherish relationship building and encouraging a mama and her family during this monumental time.
Jenna Montgomery | Doula, Bradley Method | $350
When you hold so much passion for a person, place, or thing, it is difficult to keep it to yourself. I earned my certification in San Francisco in 2015, and dove head first into the birth work field. Whether hospital, at home, in the water, or cesarean section, I have remained in awe of how we as women are designed and what we can accomplish. I do not believe I empower women. With Calmly Birth, I help them discover the power they have had all along.
ToryAnna Neal | Doula-in-Training | DONA | $400
While pregnant with their daughter, ToryAnna and her husband moved from Texas to the Springs, and it has felt like home ever since. Her passion for taking fear and negative talk out of birth led her to become a doula. At the same time, her own home birth experience brought the desire to guide partners into confident support of their loved ones. She strives to nurture the decisions you make, encouraging and empowering you to enjoy the moment, the process, and each other.

Megelyn Shumway | Trained Birth Doula | DONA | $400

I am passionate about helping women, who are the heart of their families. Because of my own experience, I am devoted to helping families be successful right from the very start. Being a doula is a calling for me, a natural extension of my own mothering. As a mother of 5 children, I’ve learned to be patient, kind, caring, empathetic, and most of all REAL. I am an avid cyclist. I also like to knit, crochet, and read. I look forward to getting to know you better and making you part of my family circle.
